About the TransDigest

     A principal benefit of membership in the Council is the monthly TransDigest.    This publication contains a wealth of current, practical information on developments in all modes of transportation - truck, rail, air, ocean and multimodal - that cannot be found elsewhere.  Each issue also features a number of recent "Questions & Answers" that deal with timely subjects submitted to the Council's "Q&A  Forum" on the Internet or the telephone Hotline.
