founded TSi
Logistics in 1993 after working for over 25 years in the logistics arena. He
noted that most companies did not consider logistics and distribution a means
to obtain a competitive advantage. The challenge would require a change in
traditional thought processes. He would have to enlighten companies on the
tremendous advantages to be gained by optimizing their logistics pipelines,
reducing their costs and offer unparalleled customer service. Not
limited to the size of a prospect's operation, he knew opportunities would be
endless. Potential customers would be companies needing the superior logistics
related services and solutions essential for them to compete in their
respective, competitive markets. In order to meet this demand, TSi
would have to be more than the typical
services company. The
decision was simple: to be successful we would have to be more, do more and
expect more of ourselves, surpassing the expectations of our customers. We had
to differentiate our company from other providers by identifying our unique
role and adding value to our customers. What has evolved is a company that has
become a leader in the logistics industry. A superior information services
company driven by technology. Under
Luther’s leadership, the TSi
team has developed two of the most
comprehensive logistics management systems available today. Our
value added is simple: provide customers with the necessary information they
need, when they need it, so they can improve their efficiencies and reduce
their costs; a simple "win-win", but effective, solution. Luther
feels the two most valuable assets of TSi
are our professional associates and our customers. Every associate is a vital
member of our team focused on one common goal - providing customers with
nothing less than the best service possible. His
vision and commitment remains the same today as it was over 9 years ago.
Whether selling services or products, customer service is still considered the
most important facet of any business. “Deliver more than is expected and
your customers will become additions to your sales team.” Our team is committed to “Building Customer Confidence through Positive Results”.
