Responsibilities: Evaluate reports of shipment arrival arrival damage and problems to determine if there are breaches in the respective sales contracts. Negotiate reasonable compensation to customers to cover their resulting losses as prescribed by the Sunkist claim and allowance policy. Advise Sunkist shippers and sales offices regarding issues related to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).
